Has anyone any information on where I can access easy to understand education material for type 2 diabetes patients who cannot speak or understand English please? I had an initial consultation with a Somalian speaking gentleman with an excellent interpreter but wanted to back up the information with leaflets.

Maybe you or some one who is creative and interesred could design leaflets in the languages you require and have them publish. This could be very useful.
