At a time when we are constantly being told to save money and make cuts, often under the guise of being innovative and working more efficiently I have been thinking about how PCTs could save money which in turn could be put back into frontline care. How about stop reorganising trusts every couple of years and allow teams to build effective realationships to work together better! What would your suggestion(s) be? Sensible, realistic ones please!
